What the title says.

I watched the spider spin her web. She made beautiful, intricate patterns. Over a period of time, I watched her progression. And then she was done. I saw a poor helpless house fly get caught on the sticky silk. It wriggled and buzzed and panicked, trying to get free. It knew it was in trouble. The spide approached her prey. I watched her wrap it up like a mummy. And soon enough the mummified insect’s life was extinguished.

Some strands of silk came loose from my wall. The spider became entangled in her own delicate web. Her life, taken the way she had taken so many others.
