What stresses you out?
-Studies
-Negative thoughts and feelings
-Broken relationships
-Problems at home
-Changing schools
-Chronic illness
-Lack of money
-Traumatic memories

One of the above is enough
To cause stress, and with more
Depression will be full grown
And sadness will be shown

Irritability over even in small things
Hopelessness, lack of enthusiasm or motivation
Anger, rage, anxiety will be born
Thoughts of suicide and death is on

Feelings of depression are far too common
Reach out and talk to friends, parents
And those who use drugs and alcohol, those in difficult situation
That suicide and death is not the solution

Stress and depression are here to stay
If you cannot triumphantly face them
Try to calm down and breath deep again
Keep the blood vessels busy circulating

    I think theres more stress now than we had years ago, this modern day world is so stressful.

    I have had all of those. What keeps me afloat is my personal philosophy: “Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.” And some temporary problems last a tad longer than others.
