Every now and then, everyone feels a little down on themselves, try this.
Stand in front of your mirror
Close your eyes
Take a deep breath
Breathe again
Imagine yourself submersed in a warm tub
It is filled with happy memories
You pick one up
It makes you think of a simpler time
A time when you were open minded
Honest
Alive in your own happiness
You smile
You pick up another memory
You notice this one reminds you of a Friend
A Friend that is with you even when you are alone
Who is there no matter how bad things may seem
You smile
You decide to pick up yet another memory
That day you got your own place
You turned the key walked in and you smiled
Now open your eyes and look into that mirror
That person looking back at you, he loves you
So smile.
