Before you melt, make sure you’ve got what you need to get through and still hold on to life.

Purple haze of dawn, sparkling mist

Under the sky, faded away yet here to exist.

Thoughts linger in the distance

As for now, time is of essence.

Forever your life within the grasp of your hand

Letting sugar twilight reflect your homeland.

Pondering the impossible, yet true

And wondering about now and later, too -

The iridescent hue of the sky

Brilliant shades of color up above and high.

Memories must you hold dear

And up close will they always appear.

Love dearly until the end of time

For others only comes once a lifetime.

So as before you melt tonight,

Take hold of life before sugar twilight.
