Summers here its time for break

Lets stay up late, and hit the lake

No time for school or homework too

teachers I say goodbye to you

Can’t wait to swim inside my pool

and wake up with no rush for school

Will I miss it? yes and no

but not when I’m in Mexico

I’ll watch some soccer on TV

The World Cups comin’ can’t you see?

You’re all invited to my place

to root and cheer for USA

but summer seems to leave us fast
