A poetic version of a sunset seen from space.
Every 90 minutes a moment came
A moment which took my breath away
The view from earth is not the same
It’s the beginning of a brand new day
The dark of the night transforms to bright light
You can never see a more beautiful sight
The sun shines on the earth, with its golden shimmering rays
The entire half of the earth is a fiery red, orange, blaze.
The forests are the green, the oceans are blue
The orange deserts are dry
The bright clear colors are pure and true
I will hate to say goodbye
The day slowly cools, to majestic hues
The colors deepen and darken
The twinkling lights slowly turn on
The day was bright, and the night is just as strong
I will hate to leave, and start to pack
I dread the day I will go back
Back to earth, I could stare, I could stand
But I could never looks at a sunrise, the same way again
