It seems like it’s always raining, I try and try,

I thought a new jacket would keep me Superdry.

Material things won’t wipe no sin,

The journey starts here its all from within.

I used to wake up hoping to die,

But now I realise I have to try.

‘Coz If you don’t try and reach for your dream,

You’ll always wonder what could have been.

A life to wonder is full of regret,

Dreams and ambition, that were never met.

To give up now and admit defeat,

Would make me that failure on the street.

But if I stand up and follow my heart,

Be a man, thats a start.

Be all I can be and reach for the stars,

Maybe I wont be staring through bars.

Success is by no means guaranteed.

And sometimes in life we have to concede.

But to concede is not to fail,

Because in the end you will prevail.
