Looking for a tin of beans in a newly opened supermarket in the 1950"

There’s a new shop down the road and I’ve been sent to get some beans.
It’s a massive shop, its got it’s own mall, It’s the biggest I’ve ever seen,
You don’t ask the man if he has got some beans you look for them yourself’s,
There are rows and rows of of different and isles miles and miles of shelves .
As I walk around the shop and look at the stock there are many diferent things,
They have everything there from tins of soup and loads of dougnut rings,
They have rows of toys and miles of sweets and things I’ve never seen,
This is all well and good if you want alot, but I can’t find my beans.
