all parts moving together
in one smooth, flowing motion,
her gentle hand released,
fingers uncurled softly and slowly,
her head turned towards mine,
her eyes looked up to mine,
the shadow across her face
was sweetly replaced
by a billion rays of light.
I took it all—and quickly.
