About hope, imagination and defiance.

The swirling of imaginations hath
Brought onto us a world unknown to thee
For when time calls on us to face the facts
That truly time is unto our choices
The twirling whirling light within
The sparkling light that shines upon my path
Lights in me the gesture of defiance
And turns thy problems into answers
But should the twirling whirling light doth end
Then surely thy problems doth end with it
And answers of hope doth lie amongst the graves
Be sure the twirling whirling light doth live
For gone the costs become to great to bear
And strained to us to live within the devil’s lair

It is an amazing talent that you can write using older English like that. A beautiful poem.

agree with Tom, you have a classical style and you summarized all you want to say in a concise poem.. good job!
