A poem about someone needing a different outlook on life before judging others.

You talk of heartache, u talk of pain
But did u ever think that someone could be worse off than u?
Take a walk in someone else’s shoes.
A young girl who started to say goodbye to people before she even knew what it meant.
A child who attended funerals before she understood death.
A young lady full of hopes and dreams and most of all love that was never going to happen.
A young woman now a single mother but not by choice, watching her daughter grow up without a father.
A childlike woman who watches her family members fight the ultimate battles in life.
Yet through it all, she gets up everyday with a smile on her face.
Some days that smile is just a mask to hide her fear and pain.
She prays at night for all who come into her life and asks God to give her strength just to make it through one more day.
Take a walk in someone else’s shoes before you decide that your’s is the ultimate suffering.
Remember that there are those who are far less fortunate and have suffered more deeply than you would ever know.
Be thankful for your life, and know that God put you on this earth for a reason, even if you do not know it just yet.
Never give up on your dreams and don’t let love pass you by.
Forgive if you can but never forget, for your past is what molds you into the person that looks back at you in that mirror today.
Always love like you will never love another again, even if you eventually do.
Be kind to others and they will be kind to you.
