Hierarchy is there for a purpose. Hierarchy has information you do not know about. Hierarchy knows what it can do and cannot do.
It is not fair to come down
when you belong to the hierarchy
because once you will be down
you will no longer belong to hierarchy
and neither will you be down
with the other staff because hierarchy
respects the expertise and down
you go because you know hierachy
has to respect the persons who is down
because there is in fact no hierarchy
when there is no one looking in town
because of course the feedback is hierarchy
