Just thinking bout people, trying to keep focussed on all the good things in my life and letting go of the negativity that is ever present.Staying true to myself and trying not to share the bad stuff but shed a little light and joy instead.That can be hard. Love and light to you.

I would dare to say that reality is a harsh taskmaster and you would know that from lessons learned and all ready observed.Observation is a trait like the written word, some people are better practitioners than others.
