To teachers and parents around the globe,

Teach us not, to study and go high

To young birds, given lofty jerk, to a lobe

Back they fall, if not taught, to fly

Howsoever high they go, they fall back.

Teach them to fly, higher and higher they go.

Whatsoever, you teach is only the jerk, we lack

The experience of life, we fail to fly, we fall low.

Teach us what life is, teach us to live,

As to work and rise is a part of it.

So that, the best of our efforts, to it we give

To lead a life, which to us is the best fit.
