This is a song / poem about angels. I’ve had enough experiences to realize that we’re not alone on the earth. This composition is about angels that watch over us and protect us. I’ve had a lot of fun writing about them and sometimes I can feel a warm hand on my shoulder as though someone is looking over my shoulder and reading what I write.

Tell  Me That You’re Watching

when there is something

            wrong with the world

will you tell me that your watching?

when there is something

            wrong with my life

will you tell me what’s on your mind?

when will there be a way

for you to enter my door?

will you tell me that you’ll be watching?

I see them enter our world

I tell you to cleanse your life

will you tell me that you’ll be watching ?

I see them during the day and night

they whisper, gold embracing             enchantment of light

choose what you believe

            and they will be watching

they will still be watching

            when you turn away

the mission in love

is like diving into the abyss

and they’ll still be watching

they fly high above

            the thunder and the rain

while we murder each other

will you tell me that you’re watching?

they hover from high above

wondering how we are doing

while we tear down the trees

will you tell me that you’re watching?

they hear our cries

             while we suffer in dought

when we loose ourselves

            through such madness

will you tell me that you’re watching?

death troubles our hearts like a bomb             unleashed to the world

no wonder we can’t drink the water

will you tell me that you’re watching?

will you tell me that you’re watching?

open the doors

and let them enter your soul
