When you look sideways with your face all red
I feel brave
But what’s courage for?
Perhaps to bear that pair of eyes
that watch you watch me
Then I can watch you both
dance to the tune of misery
To the never-ending chase
of what eludes us all
Sanity
Better not leave me
When I face the devil
Make him look ugly
