We cannot fall under the feet of explosion

Nor can we lie down and wait for erosion

We must defend the world that is ours

And show that united we can reach for the stars

We are a nation of fighters

And we will remain standing tall

And remember those lost

In and past and through it all

We will smile for their memories

And weep for their lost years

But we will show our unity

Through our shedding of tears

We will put the great in our Britain

And a light in our sky

We will put the united in kingdom

And always aim high

We shall show our enemies that we are strong

And accept we live in a world where some people are wrong

But we understand that we all belong

We cannot blame the majority

For the actions of their minority

We can only move forward

Never look back

But learn from the lessons

And tighten the slack

Let’s remember the losses from 9/11

And remember the lost from 7/7

These people died in vain,

They were scarified in undue pain

No more can we take

All the lives that are at stake

We must rise above the underground ashes

And walk aside the charred road

And know that side by side

We have a journey to go.
