I had lost everything to my selfishness and greed.

Even then I was afraid and unsure.

I had no goals and my life was a blur.

To me you’re perfect in every way.

You give me so much hope, each and every day.

If it weren’t for you, I would be lost and in the dark.

I was driving to hell and you put the car in park.

Now together we’re cruising’ down the right path.

I’m so anxious to feel God’s positive wrath.

I know were apart and life still may be perplexed.

But I will always have hope because of your text.
