After going through a life changing event right before I was ready to give up this poem was placed in my heart at our family tea party.
When constant work is a heavy demand,
Have a little TEA!
When you are so overwhelmed and feel like no one understands
Have a little TEA!
When you are down and out and feeling blue.
Have a little TEA!
You got so many problems you dont know what to do.
Have a little TEA!
When getting out of bed become a major task.
Have a little TEA!
When you desperately need help to afraid to ask.
Have a little TEA!
When you keep pushing but yet wonder why.
Have a little TEA!
When on the outside you laugh but on the inside you cry.
Have a little TEA!
When these things occur RELAX!
and have a little TEA!
