God tends to be very pleased with us,           

When solemn gratitude is made our focus.

We say Thank You…..and here’s a few we can recall,                                                                                

For there’s no way we can name them all.

The many blessings that we’ve taken for granted,                                                                                        

The ones we’ve prayed for believed in…Or never knew we needed.

Thank you first for the gift of salvation,                                                                                                                

If it weren’t for your mercy, we’d all be forsaken.

Thank you for the Bible, as all mysteries unfold,
