Not the place to argue driving in a car. A fatal mistake! The Fouryed Poet.
That day we argued and it got out of hand
driving to town in the car.
Will be something I’ll never understand
it sadly went to far.
When we didn’t stop at that red traffic light
as the car took flight!
Hitting a motorbike turning on the side
coming to a violent stop.
Realising much later the rider had died
after crashing into a shop.
Both injured yet somehow survived
our futures not deprived!
Charges brought for dangerous driving
two years a small price.
Divorced our marriage you did forsake
you I couldn’t entice.
Maybe the relationship had fallen apart
we had to depart!
The Foureyed Poet.
