The choice we must all make when we encounter new love or lust.

Image via Wikipedia

Out of silkened hands come tuches soft and tender.

From creamy smooth arms come embraces of splendor.

Deep within your eyes come the spirit of life’s soul,

Where I can bathe within its light and be made whole.

Upon petalled lips, I receive words that beseach my ears,

With their soothing message, I forget all my past fears.

From a heart meek and sheltered comes the possible love,

That one day we may know to share and gladly speak of.

Upon touched lips come kisses to fire and delight,

Breathing into the senses desires mounting flight.

Out of each moment spent comes favors left in store,

Within sights beholding, comes beauty to adore.

As the mind freely wanders through precipices found,

Battling with the quandry, it alone must sound.

Should the plunge be taken for the fires that burn.

After the first step is taken, there is no way to return.

And downward is the plummet, if the choice is wrong,

Falling without end, into an abyss felt life long.

Or to soar upon wings of the grandeur flight,

If the choice made was, that which was right.
