Ms Rosa was a growing legend at St.Marks Hospital,

she had been a head nurse for over thirty years.

Ms Rosa liked to work in the childrens burn unit,

they either go home or left in a huge body bag.

Jimmy Barker was one of the unlucky young men,

his father was drunk with him in the car one night.

Jimmy passed away while his father is in prison,

every Sunday she visits his grave to pray for him.

Rosa reads the bible to her before going home at night.

she knows that God will welcome them into heaven.

parents far and wide praised Rosa for her loyal dedication.

Rosa now has her picture in the nursing hall of fame finally,

the staff at St.Marks is very lucky to have Rosa as head nurse.

For the patients at St. Marks hospital was her children in a way,

it didnt matter what color or creed because they were all hers.

They were the children that Rosa was sadly unable to have,

each one of the children carried a special place in her big heart.
