Poetry.
When morning comes midst Summer’s golden glow
Green fields glisten like diamonds on blankets of dew
And mother-nature causes every kind of crop to grow
To dress with beauty every hill and glade
Displaying colours rare that God had made
Such beauty to behold beneath the skies of blue
To smell the fragrance or simply just admire the view
The worker busy on his way from break of dawn
The cattle grazing on the grassy lawn
The singing birds have long from slumber raised
Their notes ring out, let God be praised
The beauty of their music so pleasant to the ear
Reminding man that God is very near
That all creation from his outstretched hand
Is such a precious gift bestowed upon, our land
