Trying to write those words which express thoughts of what a writer goes through as that writer tries to get people to understand, to respond to what they have written for everyone to see.
blinking of the screen
letters become words
words of my thoughts
but are my thoughts understood
by more than just me
the screen still blinks
as I sit here
on a metal chair
typing what I think
yet nobody answers
the questions I have
words stop
as the blinking screen quits
then I ask
if the blinking screen
ceases to exist
does that mean
my thoughts
cease to exist too
I soon realize
my thoughts still exist
once the blinking screen stops
because the screen
does not control my thoughts
or the being within me
I still
exist
even if
nobody
realizes
I am
here
right
beside them
I am
the being
within me
see me
if even
just for a moment
in time
see me
for the being
I am
