Poem about the classic tale of the Three Little Pigs.
The big, bad wolf was hungry.
He was tired of eating dates and figs.
What the wolf really wanted was far more substantial.
He wanted to eat three little pigs.
The crafty wolf blew down the wood house.
What was left was a pile of twigs.
Underneath the twigs was a lonely animal.
It was the first of the scrumptuous pigs.
The wolf gulped down the first little pig.
It was as easy as one, two, three.
Next, the wolf saw a house of straw.
The wolf blew it down before the pig could flee.
Another meal for the hungry wolf.
This was too good to be true.
The wolf was feeling quite content.
He took a dip in his swimming pool.
In the morning, the wolf saw another house.
It was a house made of solid brick.
“I’ll blow this house down,” said the wicked wolf.
“Ill do it nice and quick.”
But the wolf could not blow down this solid house.
He huffed and puffed until he was blue.
He thought and thought of how to trick the pig
Until he decided he knew what to do.
“Little pig, how about going to pick some apples?
“I’ve heard they’re nice and red.”
The little pig responded to the evil wolf,
“Why don’t you just go soak your head.
You can’t be trusted.
You ate my brothers.”
The third little pig was mad.
“You’re nothing but a lying jerk.
You’re evil, rotten, and bad.”
The wolf decided that his plan would not work.
He was not willing to end this fight.
“Little pig, come out of your house,
Or I’ll blow it down with dynamite.”
The little pig looked worried.
Dynamite would level his home.
So he called the big, bad wolf immediately.
The pig used his cellular phone.
“Okay, I’ll leave my home right this moment.
Don’t blow it to smithereens.
Then the pig scooped up some shiny candy.
It was a bunch of jellybeans.
The wolf approached the lonely pig.
He was ready to have some pork.
But the pig threw down the jellybeans,

Along with a spoon and a fork.
The jellybeans exploded around the wolf.
It was a very clever trap.
The wolf blew up in a million pieces.
The pig looked on and played taps.
The pigs all around the land
Got up and gave a big cheer.
For the wolf was no longer a terrible threat.
He was blown up from head to rear.
