Its a beautiful tribute to my best friend who brought out my gift of writing to the world again in 2009. I came back to make my logo, write poetry and a little later prose because of his support and encouragement. He is the person who gave rise to my Land of Mystery Series.
Who said men and women cannot be platonic friends.

This is the Book of James Who Came My Way,
He brightened my life and brightened my day.
He was the only one in this world who told me,
He wanted to learn everything about me.

I was but a simple person you see,
Who lived a life like a movie.
A normal person I could never be,
Because life was ever simple for me.

I told him a little about my family,
And about my music and writing ability.
But I used to sit with him in his car,
And talk to him like a movie star.

For I never ever removed my sunglasses you see,
Because I never wanted him to look into me.
For I believed the eyes were mirrors of the soul,
And he would find out what went on to make me whole.

So we spoke about our family tree,
Although he held a little more mystery.
We exchanged a little childhood,
And I got to understand his boyhood.

We were like two kids you see,
Walking the beach just aimlessly.
Teasing and joking and laughing by far,
That was the person I made my Star.

He used to love to really tease me,
And always brought out the best in me.
He never knew the effect he had,
And that was what made me really sad.

I would never walk without sunglasses you see,
And that was one of the reasons he would tease me.
I always loved dark sunglasses,
And I used to look at all the guys and lasses.

One day we were on the beach you see,
And he was out there looking at me.
He was a lot more serious that day,
And wondered what had come down his way.

What will it take to reach the top,
To make you love me till you drop.
For I want to reach up there,
For a person like you is very rare.

I then told him about Michael Jackson,
And closely watched his face reaction.
I saw his face and how it fell,
And saw his emotions went through hell.
