There was a boy, who went to school.

He wants to hold her hand but, he doesnt understand.

He sits in the theatre, just wanting to be with her.

She sits in the theatre, in hopes she’s found her man.

After the movie, the credits roll.

He takes her home.

They stand face to face.

The tension is innevitable.

This date unforgettable.

In his mind he wants to kiss her, if he doesn’t he will always miss her.

He tells her that he had a great time.

She tells him she did too, in her mind she expects a call.

He never calls, and misses his one chance to freefall into an eternal love.

All because he was scared to take the chance.
