Funny happenings around the world.

(where is this country, I’m not quite sure, a forwarded picture)

I think my eyes have problem

Or simply just coincidence

Sisters shops or competitors

Shops opposite each other

Both logo look quite similar

The design and also colours

I guess it may be with purpose

So that can attract customers

But I see right now nobody here

So one of the shops closed earlier

What a weird sight. Star, if you have to buy something from one of these shops, which one will you choose? I will choose the left one. It’s brighter inside. However, I will get closer to the right one see if the shelves are also opposite, I mean hanging down from the ceiling. :D

Hahahaha, if one has to set up shop close to a competing one, he or she should at least make sure it remains open.

    thanks friends for your comments.

haha, I’m not sure whether the other one also selling the same items or it’s just another kind of shop but with nearly same logo, but this is a real thing.

Yes amazing! this always surprises me. Great post again my friend.

    How strange.

I think vijayanths is replying to Linda’s question. As for me, I would buy from whichever shop is cheaper and give the best service. 7-11 is well-known, I cannot make out the name of the other shop. That shop is out to bank on 7-11’s brand name to mislead others. There should be a legal case if 7-11 should pursue, but whether it is worth it or not, their legal officers have to decide.

    Nice post.

LOL. Looks like they flipped the 7 upside down.

  • SharifaMcFarlane on May 30, 2011

    Copycat trying to steal customers.

  • Anuradha Ramkumar on May 31, 2011

Weird…how are people able to think this way?

  • Michal Dorcak on May 31, 2011

Funny thing. I would definitely not expect to see such shops opposite of each other.

thats really strange, was that a camera trick or is the other store a parody of 7 eleven? I wonder if this is in Thailand..hmm

  • TwiKnight on Jun 7, 2011

They’re still seven elevens I suppose? Hope they don’t sell slurpies inverted. :P

  • CA Johnson on Jun 23, 2011

My eyes must be playing tricks on me too. I wonder what the point is of turning the signs upside down.

  • wonder on Jun 29, 2011

Yes, I have seen these going on copying branded ones with slight alterations, not easily visible. A clever poem.
