A poem that describes the loss one feels after someone close to them has left this world and moved onto the next.

A hundred Sakura petals detach from the tree

Covering the fields

Showing the beauty of

A thousand friends who come to your aid

Healing your pain

Hiding your loss

A hundred-thousand lies roll off your tongue

Protecting the truth

Decieving yourself

A million snow flakes flutter down from the clouds

Layering the dirt

Paving the way for,

A billion breaths taken

Whiling away life

Bringing to you,

Death.
