A poem for Fathers and Mothers to tell their children when they become of age.

I am your Dispatcher, full of Love and Pride
I give you maps to keep at your side

I warn of bad weather and rules not to break
I can’t journey with you, it is your life at stake!

After each adventure, you’ll be wiser and strong
Being better able to decide, what’s Right and what’s Wrong

Each choice you make, MUST be YOUR own!
Be Careful! Remember! You will reap what you have sown!

I am your Dispatcher, yet wise and true
For I too am a Traveler,
And I’ve made more mistakes than you

I am your Dispatcher: your Mom and Dad
Watching your troubles, makes me so sad

I pray God be with you, as you leave my side
For I am just your Dispatcher, Only God can be your Guide.
