When you fall into the pit

        And you can’t get out of it

       You will not feel very brave

       With one foot in the grave.

       You will start to cry in vain

       They won’t care about your pain

        They have better things to do

        Rather than come and save you!

        Once your friends were all around

        Now they’re nowhere to be found

       Since you lost your wealth and power

       They’re waiting for your last hour.

       They’re like hungry birds of prey

       Enjoying your complete decay

       From your corpse they need to feed

       To satisfy their endless greed.

                 ***

       As you feel lost and betrayed

      And you’re terribly dismayed

      You begin to lose your breath

      Till you finally meet death.

               ***

      They may look at your headstone

      Happy to take over your throne

      But they will not feel so great

      When they share your gruesome fate!
