It is so much more fun to MAKE the lists than it is to "do" the stuff on them!

Oh, the dreaded do list
How it rages in my sight
A plain, old-fashioned note-pad
With guilty conscience might!

With paperwork, book reviews
Articles I need to write;
I’d really rather take a nap
But looks like busy until night!

The cats would love to help me
They really do their best–
But when it comes to forms,
I think they failed the test!

Daisy, I dread it too, and I have to get busy on my check writing.

Good job with the screen shots. I’m still trying to learn how to do them.

I am with you on this. I have many stories I need to work on. How do I do it all. The answer is I can’t.

that is so cute, love how you got the cat paw print on there,

good idea to have a schedule, very organized, I get that guilt ridden feeling sometimes when I don’t keep up with one, great article poem

Thanks for sending a laugh today! My cat loves to walk on the keyboard and bat at the cursor. Computers fascinate cats.

I do lists as well. Sometimes, just to encourage myself, I’ll write some things I have already done, so that I can check them off. Makes me feel ahead of the game.

But why, may I ask, have you placed writing your Triond articles at the bottom of the list? Surely that is more important than cleaning your house from top to bottom! Why is it that we never clean our houses from bottom to top?

And why, if I may be so bold as to ask, is “Reading my friends articles and leaving comments” no where to be seen on your list? Surely that is more important than yard work! Let the yard do its own work! I’d better stop now and get my own article posted.

Very original Daisy and great picture! I enjoyed this … I hate ‘to do’ lists too ..

Karen, I don’t do my lists in order. So where things occur on there doesn’t mean anything. Reading my friends stuff is a pleasure, easy and fun…I routinely do that at least twice a day. It’s a reminder…and it’s probably going to take at least three days to finish this one up.

I enjoyed. I make a list then give it to my wife.

I am a list person. If I have a lot to do I have to make a list or I will forget half the things, so I can sympathise with you. I love the poem.
