You have to get up early to have your breakfast. It is better to have at least three meals a day. If you do not wake up early you can miss your breakfast and that is not good for health.

The warm cup of coffee

is waiting for you on the table

and you can cut some coffee

biscuits or bread to put on the table

while you listen by the coffee

the morning news so that you are able

to plan for the day after a cup of coffee

to keep you warm all day so that the table

is filled with crafts and other coffee

breaks to keep you going to your table
