The Feeling Of Death.
He felt it,
Soft and gentle
Like a lamb’s fur,
Yet harsh and rough
Like a dragon’s hide
It washed over him
As he was physically defeated
But mentally victorious
A wave of unconscious emotions and thoughts
Penetrating through the mind
Echoing softly
It enveloped him,
Took him away,
Away to a distant land
Whirling through space
And time
Both as one
Mentally,
Physically
Talking without words,
Running without moving
Hearing without listening
Seeing without looking
Touching without feeling
Tasting without eating
Feeling without noticing
Free at last
To truly feel all senses and emotions
The omnipresence
Becoming one with all
All this he felt
As he left his body
Heading into the void
Forever there,
Forever gone
