One of many poems from a difficult time in my life.
the flames
of my soul
are burning again
save me
from the fire of hell
bring me up from the grave
save me
from the torment
the pain and bitter lament
the flames swallow
my heart in wrath
my life in forever controversy
concealing the flames of transgressions
on the interior of my soul
shadows are caving in on me again
my desire for life is gone
the flame
of my soul
are burning again
save me
from death
save me from
the flames
