We live in a world full of hate

widespread corruption of power by state,

Governments elected on promises made

turn their backs and those promises fade.

Tax payers money the Banks all need

they Gambled and lost billions

for their gluttony to feed

they said it would last but a year or two

thousands of jobs for me and you,

Politicians lie thats a fact of life

promises wont feed our children or wife.

We send foreign aid money abroad each year

to countries ruled by bloodshed and fear,

Terrorists harboured while planning to kill

in the foreign lands whose pockets we fill.

the veterans beg from a forgotten war

banks get richer on the backs of the poor,

Governments come and are gone tomorrow

it’s the people left crying tears of sorrow.

We march in protest unheard by deaf ears

who can we turn to and voice our fears.
