The Gift That Can Not Be Bought.

Lights twinkling all around with joy Noel in the air.
Children with anticipation of unwrapping treasures they have longed for all year long.
Glee of the face upon opening the gifts with tearing motion and shouts for joy.

But the gift I speak of is not purchased in stores.
Nor can it be bought with monetary gain nay not even bribe.
The gift I speak of is YOU.

Soldiers in foreign lands serving our country know that you are the gift that we treasure.
Families, friends and children long to have you in their arms.
The gift is your safe deployment and return to those who love and care for you.

The holiday isn’t whole without you in the midst of those who treasure their most precious gift, you.
Be safe Solider and return again to those who need and long for your embrace.

Legions of angels watch over this precious gift through every movement and protect you on your mission.
Someone special is waiting to have the gift of you when you return safely to awaiting arms.
Be truly well.
