He had spent his Social Security check wisely.

The rent was paid

Sallie Mae was paid

The phone and Internet service was paid

He sat at his workstation

Enjoying a container of

Spaghetti sauce with ground meat and green peppers

Over a boiled potato

And a plastic cup of beer

More beer was in the refrigerator

The sun was shinning

And his pension would arrive any day

The End

Nude Conversation is a flash fiction story.

It sounds as if you have total peace of mind, Guy. A good poem.

Yeah, Guy. I like it when I still have a little jingle in the pocket before the end of the month; too bad it does not happen that often.
