These are the reasons why being over weight is bad and how to become physically fit.

Why Being Fat Is Bad

1. People who are obese often get heart problems such as blocked valves and blood clotting which can result in a Stroke.
2. Being overweight can shorten lifespan, raise risk of coditions such as diabetes and raise the risk of certain forms of cancer.

Thats mainly it about what happens if your over weight, and the problems a person can suffer just by eating a bit too much. I will now explain to you on how to lose weight. There are Several ways to lose weight. Some ways are rather difficult, but for now i shall only tell you the simple less complicated ways of becoming fit.

How to become Fit

1. Drink alot of water as it replaces high calorie drinks such as soda and alcohol with drinks that have no calories.
2. Get more sleep.
3. Try going to a gym. If you can’t, just have a 30 minute Jog around your house soo that your bodies can burn the calories.
4.Try not to eat alot of fast food as they pack up alot of fats, but it is ok once in a while.

These are Just some simple ways. There are many other ways to become fit, just explore the web and you’ll find what you need.
