Where would we be without Love that anoints our lives and, promoting and preserving values that we cherish. In spite of the intrusion of hate and malice, love continues to prevail, without which this planet would self-destruct and humanity itself would perish.

 A poem:

Love converges from all directions

and meets at a central point;

It signals its intended purpose

all along its blissful path,

in the direction of truth,

faith, hope and healing;

It wends its way across

jolting bumps;

It doesn’t confuse,

nor reach a dead-end

unless we deviate and get off

on the off-ramp of

perfidy, selfishness,

greed and injustice.

Without love our planet

would self-destruct,

humanity cease to exist;

nor could we survive the

harshness of hostility and

fight off elements of evil.
