Oh what honor there is in giving your all for a true and pure cause.

A darkened night, a crowded room

Soldiers brought together by fate’s loom

To stand and fight by their fellow brother

Or on death’s ship they’ll sail together

Glory unheard in the bugle’s blast

By the fallen warriors who have passed

And honor is given to those not here

For death they no longer have to fear

Rushing winds over battered bodies

On blood soaked fields they’ve paid our fees

Their countries debt paid with their lives

But do their deaths equal our tithes?
