I have completed my task on earth,

Given my knowledge upon this hearth.

For I have walked this world this form just once,

Lived and loved smiled dancing the dance.

For I had a mission that came my way,

I have completed it and now cannot stay.

For there are friends and enemies I make still,

May my words to them one day instill.

Don’t cry for me at my behest,

Smile dear world for I’m at rest.

For I have toiled all through my life,

Lived through pain that cut like a knife.

But today is the moment of joy,

While I my last breath to this world shall lie.

For now I live forevermore,

Never to walk but my spirit shall soar.

May my life be a smiling memory,

For I will never ever wake from this reverie.
