can unearth a -tumultuous tide.
That billows with precision
until emotions collide.
A discerning spirit
establishes a vital mind.
Where criticisms fail and cannot bind.
Self-esteem is the magistrate
and keeper of the soul.
What the hand hath dealt,
the inner man must pay the toll.
