The Journey Ahead

The start of another new journey

Will this one implode or explode?

Can’t I once just break even?

I deserve good things-

I’m not really a beast.

My tongue is sometimes a snake.

But I seldom hate.

My snake is what imprisoned me here

And I am missing, and loving you my dear.

What you told me, I could hardly stand to hear

I cannot picture you with anyone else my dear.

 I will spend my journey fighting for us.

 Fighting for far more that just lust.

There is a love that we share…..

That I cannot compare nor share.

Us, there is only one us
