Zen Story.
Once a monk asked a Zen master,
Will you be my teacher?
“Lets take a walk”, the master replied,
On their walk they came across a river,
In the river a lady was crying for help,
She was on the verge of getting drowned,
And was entirely unclothed,
The master jumped into the river and saved her,
He held her in his arms and carried her to the bank,
The monk was observing all this,
He felt disgusted, and reprimanded the master,
“You carried a bare lady in your arms,
You are not worth it”
The master smiled and said,
“Though I carried the lady,
But I have left her on the bank,
And you! Stupid! You are still
Carrying her in your mind, Get Lost!
You are not worth it”
