Imagine living in a land where small is big and big is small. Imagine whatever you have learnt you have to relearn.

I saw a caterpillar.
It was tall as a pillar.
The lion came near.
It was no taller than my ear.

I also saw a coconut tree.
It was as little as can little be.
While the grass grew up to me.
And birds were about to settle.

Then I met an elephant
It had an heir most triumphant.
But I tell you, It looked thin
As thin as a pin.

There was another sight to behold.
The beetle had a mouth of gold.
It could speak like us too.
And said “How do you do?”.

I was soon bewildered.
My eyes waxed old and wandered.
Am I still young or am I old.
In the land of opposites.
