A poem about the Glory of God.

 The Light of His Glory

Remember oh Lord, that I am but a man.

Hold me in Your loving hands.

And I will remember Your mercy to me.

For You created all that the eyes can see.

I see Your love in all You have done.

From dawns first light to the setting of the sun.

To the sky above and the depths of the sea.

I know not why You have done this for me.

You uphold all things by the light of Your power.

The rain of Your love covers me like a spring shower.

The winds of Your Spirit blow across the land.

The light of Your glory shines from Your hands.

Oh Lord, Remember that I am but a man.

You carry me in Your hands.

Even when I stumble and fall.

Your glory lifts me again, to stand tall.

By Your word You have healed my heart.

Your Spirit protects me from the fiery darts.

I will forever praise Your name across the land.

For the light of Your Glory lives in the heart of man.

John 1:3

Through him all things were made; without him nothing

was made that has been made.
