The Simple Life of a Lion or is it?

King of his pride

He sits perched on a rock

Overlooking a meadow

Watching, Hunting, Protecting

His slow catlike walk

Slows to a crawl when prey is in sight

Makes his target hits

A natural leader, easy going

Takes on a challenge

Earns respect from his peers

Out in the open he spends his days

Basking in the glow of the sun
