The feelings and satisfaction that the country of India brings to person.

India

India is a place of extremes; wealth to poverty, brightness to dullness, happiness to sadness;

India is a place of contrast;

Being immersed and involved in all of these extremes and contrasts gives a feeling of accomplishment and belonging, of gratitude and selfishness, and therefore a feeling of something left unfinished;

India draws me back;

It claws at me often, calling me to arms, pleading with me to come back; to give something back;

A spiritually wealthy and love-filled person, in the worlds context, a duty to give something back to India, to share the values instilled, to offer to India again, what it has given previous;

The memories and fulfilment provided is second to none;

India provides a satisfaction that compares to none;

Roaming animals, stray taxis, bright buses, colourful people; an experience seldom seen or heard by the west;

The real India;

It draws me back.

    Nice musings.

    They say it does; from the burial pyres of Varanassi to Goa’s smokey cafes – it sound incredible. I used to hate the thought of ever visiting it yet the more I hear of the place the more I want to.

    Thanks RJ . j
